System Requirements

To run Globe Link, besides the common requirements for your system such as the hardware and operating system, you need the following:

• Autodesk Revit, Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, or Revit MEP.
• Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0.
• Google Earth version 4. The free, Plus, or Professional version may be used.

  If you are running a newer version of Google Earth, you must edit GEVersions.dat, located in the program files folder for Globe Link. GEVersions.dat lists the GUIDs of all Google Earth versions compatible with this version of Globe Link. Follow the instructions in the file to add the GUID for a newer version of Google Earth.

  Note: The last version tested for compatibility was Google Earth 6.0.1.2032 (Beta).
