Curves or surfaces can be grouped together to form a new node, which can be given a name, and selected as one object. This can be used in the same way that you group curve segments into curves in ICEM. The main difference is that a group can contain a mix of different entities.

Like ICEM, Alias doesn't create assemblies, instead, the Edit
Group tool can be used to simulate a structure of parts.
To select entities within a group, use Pick
Component, or Edit
Ungroup to return to independent entities.
