The ICEM All function is available in Transform CV by setting the Transform option to Prop mod.
The Falloff value is normally set to 0, 0.5 or 1 and is similar to the 'law' in ICEM which governs how CVs follow the main CV. Use the arrows or hold the Shift key to select additional CVs that will follow the main CV.
