If route points and segments are constrained to referenced geometry, they automatically respond to changes on the source geometry. To remove the associated constraints and clear up the graphics view, you can delete the unwanted reference geometry.
- Activate the route.
- Expand the Included Geometry folder, right-click the reference geometry, and then select Delete.
Associated constraints on the route sketch are removed. Changes on the source geometry no longer impact the route sketch.
Tip: With the context menu in the Model browser, you can make more adjustments using the standard Inventor commands. For instance:
- Use the Visibility command to control the visibility.
- Use the Auto-Size command to automatically enlarge the view of the included work plane. To manually resize or move the work plane, ensure that you have selected the Select commandFeature Priority or Select Faces or Edges option on the Quick Access toolbar.
