Review flat pattern extents

Flat pattern extents define the maximum length and width required to contain the flat and updates each time the flat pattern is edited or reoriented.

1. Open a sheet metal part.
2. Right-click the Flat Pattern icon in the browser and select Extents from the context menu.
3. The Flat Pattern Extents dialog box appears. Click the Close button.

Note: An Update choice displays on migrated sheet metal parts that are not yet updated. Flat pattern extents on sheet metal parts created with R2009 (or later) update when the flat pattern is edited or reoriented.
