Check Out Files or Check In Files dialog box

Provides options for files and their dependencies that are included in tasks to check files in or out from the vault

Access:
	Click OK to process a task to check files out from or in to the vault, and the dialog box opens. Available when Vault is installed.

Note: In Check Out Files, library files are not selected by default. Select a library to include it in the task.

Get latest version (In Check Out Files only)	When selected, downloads the latest version of the files selected in the vault.
Keep checked out (In Check In Files only)	When selected, checks the file back out to you immediately after it is checked in.
Delete local copy (In Check In Files only)	When selected, closes files and deletes local copies when the task is executed.
Tree View	Specifies that selected files are shown in a file tree structure.
List View	Specifies that selected files are shown in a list, and include the respective vault folders and working folders.
File tree pane	Shows either the file tree view or table view of the files selected for the task. In Check Out, the files listed are in the vault. In Check In, the files shown are on the hard drive.
Settings	Opens the Settings dialog box with options: Relationships Include children Include parents DWF Attachment Options Available only in Check In Files Create DWF Attachment Apply to All Files Overwrite Local File Options Available only in Check Out Files Overwrite Writable Files Overwrite Checked Out File
Enter comments to include with this version	Stores comments with this version of the files.
