Mirror part

Mirror an entire part, or one or more work or surface features.

1. On the ribbon, click 3D Model tab Pattern panel Mirror .

   In assemblies, use Mirror Component on the Assemble tab.

2. Click Mirror a solid.
3. If appropriate, click Include Work/Surface Features. In the graphics window, or in the model browser, select the features to mirror.
4. Click Mirror Plane , and then select a work plane or planar face.
5. To choose an optional creation method, click More:
   • Optimized Create mirrored occurrences that are direct copies of the original features.
   • Identical Create identical mirrored features, regardless of termination.
6. If necessary, click Remove Original.
7. Click OK.

Remove participants from mirror feature

1. In the browser, expand the feature to view its participants.

3. Right-click a participant, and then select Remove Participant
