Content Center standard components are saved in the Content Center Files location defined in the Project file. By default, each part family has a separate storage folder for family member files. The Family Folder Name property determines The folder name.
If appropriate, you can assign the same Family Folder Name for several families. Then these families use the same storage folder for placed family members. Ensure that all members of these families have a unique file name. (It is not possible to store two part files with the same name in the same folder.)
Family Folder Name is available as a family property and can be viewed and modified (for read/write families only) in the Family Properties dialog box.

. - In Content Center Editor, locate a read/write family to edit.
- Right-click the family and select Family Properties.
- In the Family Properties dialog box, edit the Family Folder Name, and then click OK.
