ISOGEN Output

Saves a file with a specified name and ISOGEN file type.

Access:

Do either of the following:

  • With the master runs assembly active, click Assemble tab Begin panel ISOGEN Output .
  • With a specific run active, click Pipe Run tab Manage panel ISOGEN Output

Save in

Shows the path of the active directory and specifies the destination of the saved file.

Locations

Shows file locations defined in the active project file. A tooltip shows the path. Click a location to change to the folder. The folder tree and files are listed in the main window of the dialog box.

Options

Specifies which runs contained in the master runs assembly to include in the ISOGEN output and controls the location for the created ISOGEN .pcf files.

Note: You need to specify the ISOGEN output options only when the master runs assembly contains more than one run. Otherwise, the Options command on the ISOGEN Output dialog box is disabled.

File name

Specifies the name of the file to save. If file has previously been saved, the file name is shown.

Save as type

Filters file list to include only files of a specific type. Click the arrow to show list, and then highlight to select an ISOGEN file type. The .pcf extension is added to the file name.

Save

Saves highlighted file (with file name and type specified by one of the methods explained previously).

Cancel

Cancels the file save operation and closes the dialog box.
