Visual Styles control the model face and edge display in the graphics window

Access:

Ribbon: View tab Appearance panel [select style]

The available visual styles include:

  1. Edges display as solid lines.
  2. Edges display as dashed lines.
  3. Edge appearance comes from component appearance assignment.
  4. Edges display with one color.
  5. Component appearances are factored as grayscale appearances.
  6. Non-photorealistic appearance effect applied.
  7. Canvas or background has textured effect.
  8. Component appearances display as white. Appearances assigned bump maps display bump texture.
