Add automated centerlines to a drawing view

  1. Select one or more drawing views or sketches, right-click, and select Automated Centerlines.
Note: The Automated Centerlines command is only available when all selections are valid for automated centerlines creation. Automated centerlines cannot be created on raster drawing views.
  2. In the Centerline Settings dialog box, select the features to receive centerlines.
  3. Set Normal or Parallel projection.
  4. Set limits of features to mark with automated centerlines:
    • In the Radius Threshold box, enter minimum and maximum radii to exclude elements not included in the range.
    • In the Arc Angle Threshold box, enter the angle minimum to exclude elements with a smaller angle.
Tip: You can set defaults for automated centerlines on the Drawing tab of the Document Settings dialog box.
