Search Criteria dialog box

Searches the selected database based on one or more specified search criteria.

To search for a particular material, on the Mold Design ribbon, click Select Material, and then click Search.

For example, you could search for all plastic materials with a family abbreviation that includes TP, or a melt-mass flow rate in the range 10 g/10 min 15 g/10 min. After you create a criteria, you can save it. Then you can open that and any other saved criteria into other projects.

• Search Criteria: Displays the Search Criteria you are using.
• Load Search Criteria... Loads Search Criteria.
• Save Search Criteria As... Saves Search Criteria, along with a set of defined search parameters.
• Delete Search Criteria Deletes selected Search Criteria from the Load Search Criteria list.
• Reset To Default Search Criteria Resets the default values in the Search Criteria fields.
• Selected Search Fields Specifies the fields to use as criteria when searching the database.
• Search Field Parameters Text or numeric values that define limits for Search Criteria.
• Substring Specifies the text characters you want to search for.
• Remove Removes a field from the Search Field list.
• Clear filters Clears the filters from all Search Fields.
• Mold Boolean Adds the selected fields to the Search Field list.
• Search Searches the database for documents that match the Search Criteria specified.
