Query the value of a result plot at a specific point and, where appropriate, determine the underlying, contributory analysis results.

Displays when you run a fill analysis on a plastic part or mold assembly.
Confidence of fill | Displays the probability of plastic filling a region in the cavity under conventional injection molding conditions. Use the additional Help link to learn how to use this result. |
Temperature at flow front | Displays the temperature of the polymer at the specified point on the result plot. |
Pressure drop | Represents the drop in pressure from the injection location to a specified point on the model at the moment that place was filled. That pressure is the pressure required to force material to flow to that point. |
Pressure at end of fill | Displays the maximum injection pressure value at a specified point on the model at the end of the filling phase. |
Displays when you have run a fill analysis on a plastic part or mold assembly.
Quality prediction | Provides an estimate of the expected quality of the appearance of the plastic part, and its mechanical properties. Use the additional Help link to learn how to use this result. |
Temperature at flow front | Displays the temperature of the polymer at a specified point on the result plot. |
Pressure drop | Represents the drop in pressure from the injection location to a specified point on the model at the moment that place was filled. That pressure is the pressure required to force material to flow to that point. |
Fill time | Displays the time taken for the polymer flow to reach a specified point on the result plot. |
Time to reach ejection temperature | Displays the amount of time required to reach the ejection temperature, measured from the end of fill, for a specified point on the model. |
Shear stress | Displays the value of the shear stress for a specified point on the model. |
Shear rate | Displays the rate of shear strain (the velocity gradient through the cross-section) in the mold cavity for a specified point on the model at the time the result is written. |
