Create bend on sheet metal

1. On the ribbon, click Sheet Metal tab Create panel Bend .
2. Select a model edge on each sheet metal face.
3. Optionally, select Extend Bend Aligned to Side Faces if necessary.
4. Accept the default bend radius specified in the active sheet metal style or click the down arrow to select Measure, Show Dimensions, or List Parameters to enter a different value.
5. Click Apply to continue to add bends or click OK to close the dialog box.

Create double bend on sheet metal

1. On the ribbon, click Sheet Metal tab Create panel Bend .
2. Select a model edge on each sheet metal face.
3. Enter a Bend Radius if it is different from the default for the part.

   Click the down arrow to select Measure, Show Dimensions, or List Parameters to enter a different value.

4. If the faces are parallel but not coplanar, select one of the following Double Bend options:
   • Fix Edges
   • 45 Degree
   • Full Radius
   • 90 Degree
   • Flip Fixed Edge
5. Click Apply to continue to add bends or click OK to close the dialog box.

Override default sheet metal style settings

1. In the Bend dialog box, under the Unfold Options tab, make changes to the Sheet Metal Defaults options reference.
2. In the Bend dialog box, under the Bend tab, make changes to the Options for sheet metal bend reference.
