Draw linear slot

Center to Center Slot

1. On the ribbon Sketch tab Draw panel, click Center to Center Slot .
2. Click in the graphic window to place the center point of the first slot arc.
3. Move the cursor, and click to place the center point of the second slot arc.

   If appropriate, enter the distance or angle in the edit field.

4. Move the cursor, and click to specify the width of the slot. Alternatively:
   • Enter the width in the edit field.
   • Right-click, and click Radius. Then enter the radius of the slot arc.
5. To end, press Esc or click another command.

Overall Slot

1. On the ribbon Sketch tab Draw panel, click Overall Slot .
2. Click in the graphic window to place the first slot point.
3. Move the cursor, and click to specify slot length.

   If appropriate, enter the slot length or angle in the edit field.

4. Move the cursor, and click to specify the width of the slot. Alternatively:
   • Enter the width in the edit field.
   • Right-click, and click Radius. Then enter the radius of the slot arc.
5. To end, press Esc or click another command.

Center Point Slot

1. On the ribbon Sketch tab Draw panel, click Center Point Slot .
2. Click in the graphic window to place the center point of the slot.
3. Move the cursor, and click to specify the center of a slot arc.

   If appropriate, enter the distance or angle in the edit field.

4. Move the cursor, and click to specify the width of the slot. Alternatively:
   • Enter the width in the edit field.
   • Right-click, and click Radius. Then enter the radius of the slot arc.
5. To end, press Esc or click another command.
