When you add or edit information in the Title Block dialog box, that information is added to the drawing properties or it replaces existing drawing properties.
To add information to the title block, complete the following steps:

- On the ribbon, Annotate (ESKD) tab Drawing Sheets panel Title Block. The Title Block dialog box appears. Some fields are automatically populated.
- Place your cursor inside the field where you want to add information.
- Click the field to make it active and add your information.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 for all fields where you want to add information.
- To add drawing scale, click the down-arrow in the Scale field to select the appropriate drawing scale from the drop-down list.
- In the Material field, you can type new options or right-click to display a context menu and select a recent material value.
- Click Expand >> to expand the dialog box. Two optional title block extensions appear in the expanded dialog box.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 for all extension fields where you want to add information.
- Click OK to add the properties to the Title Block. The information appears in the drawing.

Edit Title Block

- On the ribbon, Annotate (ESKD) tab Drawing Sheets panel Title Block. The Title Block dialog box appears with the information you added previously.
- Place your cursor inside the field where you want to add information.
- Click the field to make it active and change the information.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 for all fields where you want to change information.
- To change the drawing scale, click the down-arrow in the Scale field to select another drawing scale from the drop-down list.
- In the Material field, you can type new options or right-click to display a context menu and select a recent material value.
- Click Expand >> to expand the dialog box. Two optional title block extensions appear in the expanded dialog box.
- Click OK to add the changed properties to the Title Block. The new information appears in the drawing.

Add material to favorites
The materials you add in the material field can be added to a favorites dialog box for re use. To add materials to your favorites, complete the following steps:
- In the Material section, complete one or more fields.
- Click Save . The material information is saved to the Materials dialog box.
Note: To be sure that the material is saved to favorites, click Favorites
.
Material Class Field Context Menu
The Material Class field in the Title Block dialog box has a context menu. You can use a combination of typing information, selecting from recent values, or cutting/copying and pasting information. To cut and paste information, complete the following steps:
- In the Material class field, highlight the information.
- Right-click in the field. A context menu appears.
- From the context menu, click select Cut or Copy. Cut removes the information and copy does not remove the information.
- In the field where you want to paste the information, click the arrow. A context menu appears.
- From the context menu, click Paste. The information appears in the field.
Add Title Block Extensions

- On the ribbon, click

Sheet Format
. The Sheet Format dialog box appears.
- In the Title Block frame, click the check box by the extension you want to add.
- Click OK. The selected extension is added to the drawing sheet.

Delete Extensions

- On the ribbon, click
Annotate (ESKD) tab
Drawing Sheets panel
Sheet Format
. The Sheet Format dialog box appears.
- In the Title Block section, click the boxes beside the extensions you want to remove. The check mark is removed.
- Click OK to save the changes. The extension title blocks are removed from the drawing.

Edit materials list

- On the ribbon, Annotate (ESKD) tab Drawing Sheets panel Title Block. The Title Block dialog box appears.
- In the Title Block dialog box, click Favorites. The Materials dialog box appears.
- Double-click the cell to edit.
- Type, copy, and paste information to edit content in the cell.
Note: Use the Tab key while editing fields to edit the next horizontal field.

Insert materials in dialog box
The Materials dialog box lists default sample materials. In addition to these materials, you can create new materials needed in the design.
To insert material in the dialog box, complete the following steps:

- On the ribbon, Annotate (ESKD) tab Drawing Sheets panel Title Block. The Title Block dialog box appears.
- In the Title Block dialog box, click Favorites. The Materials dialog box appears.
- Click New. A new material row appears at the end and the Material column is in an edit state.
- Enter information to finish creating materials.

Add materials to favorites
Add materials to favorites by entering material, shape, and assortment information. In the shape field, you can use a combination of typing information, selecting from recent values, or cutting/copying and pasting information.
To save material as favorites, complete the following steps:

- On the ribbon, Annotate (ESKD) tab Drawing Sheets panel Title Block. The Title Block dialog box appears.
- Place your cursor inside the field located in the Materials section.
- Click the field to make it active and add your information.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the three fields in the materials section.
- Click Save to add the current material to favorites. The material appears in the Materials dialog box.
Note: If the material exists, there is no response to the operation.

Edit or specify a mass property
Use the context menu from the Mass edit fields to select following options:
- Select Manual Editing to override mass property and units.
- Select Automatic Update to automatically update the mass property whenever component physical properties are effected.
- Select Show Units to automatically display units in mass property.
- Select Do not Show Units not to display units in the Mass edit field.
- Expand the Units list to convert the mass property value to preferred unit, for example gram or ton.
- Expand the Precision list to change the preferred precision of the mass.
