To complete the base view:
- Click the upper-left corner of the sheet as shown.
- On the ribbon, the
Place Views tab
Create panel
Projected
command is automatically activated. 
- In the graphics window, move the cursor below the base view and click when a preview of an orthographic projection is shown.
