Measure 2D open profile

Measure multiple segments, and add their lengths together.

1. On the ribbon, Tools tab Measure panel, click Distance in the Sketch mode.
2. Select one line segment. In the Measure distance dialog box, on the drop-down menu, click Add to Accumulate.
3. In the Measure distance dialog box, drop-down menu, click Restart. The current selection set clears so you can add more lengths.
4. Select the next line segment. In the Measure distance dialog box, on the drop-down menu, click Add to Accumulate.
5. Repeat the selection step for each line segment to include in the total.
6. When finished, to view the total length of the selected line segments, on the drop-down menu, click Display Accumulate.
