Create constant-radius edge fillet

You can create constant-radius fillets, and apply continuity to the edges to meet smoothness requirements for the part.

1. On the ribbon, click 3D Model tab Modify panel Fillet .
2. Select Edge Fillet.
3. Enter the radius for the first edge set .
4. In Select Mode, choose from the list.
5. In the graphics window, select the edges.
6. To select a continuity option, click the arrow beside the Radius column.
   • To create a fillet with slight discontinuity at the edge, click Tangent (G1) Fillet.
   • To create a fillet with no curvature change at the edge, click Smooth (G2) Fillet.
7. To add fillets with a different radius, add another edge set.
