Add soldering symbols in GOST drawings

  1. On the ribbon, click Annotate (ESKD) tabSymbols panelSoldering Symbol. A plus (+) sign appears beside the cursor.
  2. In the graphic window, click the location on the drawing where you want to add the soldering symbol. The location you select changes color.
  3. Move the cursor to a different location. A leader line extends from the target to the cursor.
  4. Click to set a point.
  5. In the Soldering Symbol dialog box, add the solder information using one of the following methods. Either type the appropriate solder information, or use the context menu options
  6. Click the check mark to add the symbol and annotation.

Expand the dialog box to add more information

  1. On the ribbon, click Annotate (ESKD) tabSymbols panelSoldering Symbol. A plus (+) sign appears beside the cursor.
  2. In the graphic window, click the location on the drawing where you want to add the soldering symbol. The location you select changes color.
  3. Move the cursor to a different location. Notice that a leader line extends from the target to the cursor.
  4. Click to set a point. The Soldering Symbol dialog box appears.
  5. In the Soldering Symbol dialog box, click Expand >>.
  6. In the Symbol section, select one or more symbols to add to the soldering symbol.
  7. In the Requirement section, add all requirements that apply to the solder.
  8. Click OK.

Edit Soldering Symbol

  1. In the browser, expand the Sketched Symbols node to display a list of symbols.
  2. Right-click the Soldering symbol you want to edit, and click Edit Soldering Symbol.
Note: In the drawing double-click the soldering symbol to launch the dialog box, or right-click to display a context menu and select the edit option.

Delete Soldering Symbol

  1. In the browser, expand the Sketched Symbols node to display a list of symbols.
  2. Right-click the Soldering symbol you want to edit, and click Delete.
Note: In the drawing click the symbol to highlight it, and press the Delete key on the keyboard.
