Link connectors

Link a pair of connectors that break into existing runs.

Components such as water valves, elbows, and other parts can interact in a logical way with MEP systems.

Linked connectors display a dashed line between them in the BIM Exchange graphics window.

1. On the ribbon, click Environments tab Begin panel BIM Exchange .
2. In the Browser, expand the MEP System Connections icon, expand a connector type, and select the connectors.
3. Right-click, and click Link Connectors.
   Note: You can link only two connectors of the same type.
