Selecting a mold material

You can select from many materials in the mold materials database.

1. Open a study.
2. Click (Home tab > Create panel > Geometry) to open the Geometry tab.
3. Click (Geometry tab > Mold panel > Mold Size) to open the Mold Properties dialog.
4. In the Mold material section of the Mold Properties dialog, click Browse to open the Select Material dialog.
5. In the Manufacturer drop-down list, select a materials manufacturer, or import a material of your own. If you have created a personal database, it will be listed here.
6. In the Trade name drop-down list, select a mold material and then click OK to select the material.
7. If you would like more information on any given material in the database, click Details.
8. Click OK to close the Select Material dialog. The material selected now appears as the Mold material, and is now being used.
