Attach

The Attach function allows you to consolidate the documents that make up a project, and have them accessible from the Project pane.

Most document types can be attached to your project, for example:

• CAD drawing of the part being analyzed.
• Spread sheet showing project status.
• . pdf documents.
• Microsoft Word documents.

Once a document has been attached, double-click on it in the Project pane and an associated program will launch and open the file.

If the project is to be saved to Autodesk Vault, any attached files will also be archived when the project is saved.
