Explanation

The 3D Fill+Pack analysis solution type is not set to "Fast" or "Navier-Stokes".

Resolution

• Click Analysis > Process Settings Wizard, click Advanced options..., then click the Edit... button associated with Solver parameters. Select a solver type associated with the segregated solver chosen under Solver setup.
