Explanation

The calculated Poisson's ratio (v12) value for one or more part elements is greater than 0.5 and therefore may be invalid. A Poisson's ratio greater than 0.5 may however be valid for some special fiber-filled materials.

Resolution

  • Edit the mechanical properties for the current material.
  • Select a different material.
  • If the material is from the Autodesk Simulation Moldflow materials database, contact Technical Support.
