This dialog is used to enter a name for the report item you are creating or editing. This name appears in the Table of Contents section at the top of the report, and also as a heading within the report.
To access this dialog, select one of the Add <report item>... entries in the Report menu, or double-click on an existing report item in the Report items list on the Report Layout page of the Report Generation Wizard.
