** WARNING 98661 ** The inlet melt temperature is less than the coefficient b5 of the Tait 2-Domain PVT model. Check the process settings and the material data and run the analysis again.

Explanation

The b5 coefficient in the 2-Domain Modified Tait pvT model represents the volumetric transition temperature at zero pressure. Below this temperature, the model is invalid because the polymer would be solid.

Resolution

• Click Analysis > Process Settings Wizard... and change the Melt temperature.
• Select a different material.
• If the material is from the Autodesk Simulation Moldflow materials database, contact Technical Support.
