Explanation
All sections of the model, feed system and cooling system require a non-zero thickness.
Resolution
- Check for runners, sprues and cooling channels that have zero diameter.
- Check the geometry of the model for text and/or fillets. Remove them and re-import the model.
- Specify a positive thickness in the element's properties.
