Attach Gate dialog

Reattach a gate to a cavity after adding a new or replacement cavity or importing a runner system.

To access this dialog, click (Geometry tab > Feed System panel > Attach Gate).

Note:

• The Runner tools are not available for the Part Only Mold Type.
• The Attach Gate dialog is only available if the runner system you imported contains gates.
• An injection location must be set on the cavity before it can be attached to the runner system.

Select an injection location and gate to attach the cavity to the runner system.

Injection location

Specifies which injection location you want to attach to the runner system.

Select

Select an injection location to connect to.

Gate

Specifies which gate will be connected to the injection point you selected.

Select

Select a gate to connect to.
