Sprue Properties dialog-Default

To access this dialog, click Sprue Properties (Geometry tab > Properties panel > Defaults > Sprue Properties).

Note: The available modeling tools depend on the mold type you selected.

The Sprue Properties dialog allows you to set the default type, shape and size of the sprue to be modeled for your part.

Note: The default values for a hot or cold sprue with the same shape can be set independently.

If you change the properties of the sprue here, every new sprue will have these properties. The properties of existing sprues will not change. You can override these defaults when you create or edit a sprue.
