Creating a New Project

A project usually consists of tasks relating to one part design. Before you can start working, you must create a project first. To create a project, you must provide the project name and the location on your hard drive where you want the project to be stored.

1. Click (Get Started tab > Launch panel > New Project).
2. Enter the name of the project in the Project name field.
3. Select the location that you want the project stored in, either by typing the location into the Create in field or browsing to the correct folder on your hard drive.
4. Click OK. The newly created project will open and the project name appears in the Project View pane.
