Explanation
The Runner Balance analysis was unable to balance the runners at the target pressure specified in the process settings for one of the following reasons.
- The cavity fill pressure is greater than the target pressure.
- The cavity fill pressure + runner system pressure drop is greater than the target pressure.
- The dimension constraints in the runner system do not allow the pressure drop in the runners to be reduced sufficiently.
Resolution
- Change the process settings for the filling analysis.
- Select a different material.
- Increase the target pressure in the process settings.
- Relax the constraints on the runners.
- Change the design of the runner system.
