** WARNING 702450 ** Coolant temperature is high compared to mold temperature. Check process settings and coolant properties and run the analysis again.
An automatic analysis has been selected. The aim of an Automatic analysis is to calculate a cycle time that ensures that the average mold temperature of the part is within 2 degrees of the selected target mold temperature. In this case the coolant temperatures selected are too cold relative to the target mold temperature. This means that the time required to reach the target mold temperature is too quick with regard to filling time and clamp open time that are fixed. If this is the case then the automatic analysis then aims to calculate a cooling time based on the specified frozen percentage.
Increase the coolant inlet temperatures to within approximately 10 degrees of the target mold temperature. Ignore the warning if the frozen percentage is adequate.
