Specify how the result is displayed on the model.
You can display the result shaded or as line contours across the model. Line contours plots are the preferred option for accurate interpretation of results. You can also specify how to display the following types of results:
- vector (Orientation at skin)
- tensor

- Specify how the result is displayed on the model.
Note: Only options relating to the selected result are active.
- Shaded
- Displays the plot as a shaded solid, whereby the colors are a graduated representation of the result values.
- Shaded results are useful for seeing how the part fills when model layers are hidden. They are the preferred option for situations where visual impact is important, such as for reports, presentations etc.
- Contour
- Displays the plot as a set of contours, whereby each line represents a specific value.
- The line contours are displayed in the order in which the part fills.
Note: This plot is useful for viewing fill time results from a Fill+Pack analysis.
- Contour
- Specify how the contour is displayed on the model.
You can either select a single contour, or enter the required number of contours.
- Single contour
- Displays the result as a single contour.
- Number of contours
- Specify the number of contours to be displayed on the result.
- Use the arrows to select the number of line contours, or enter the number in directly.
Note: The maximum number of contours is 100.
