The Environmental Impact tab of the Thermoplastics material dialog shows data that can be considered when assessing the impact of that material on the environment.
- Resin identification code
- The polymer family the material belongs to will determine which resin identification code is applied.

- A relative value that is based on the predicted injection pressures and cooling times across a range of geometries.
Materials are given a rating from one to five. Materials that are processed more efficiently will have a lower value.
