The Options dialog enables you to customize several options that relate to the way in which you use the program.
To access this dialog, click , then click Options.

Options dialog-General tab
The General tab of the Options dialog allows you to configure the system settings, the display colors used, modeling preferences, model import directory, the number of commonly used materials remembered and analysis option settings.
Options dialog-Mouse tab
The Mouse tab of the Options dialog is used to assign specific functions, for example rotate/zoom/pan, to the middle and right mouse buttons, either when clicked alone or in combination with the Shift, Control or ALT keys. Functions can also be assigned to a mouse wheel where available.
Options dialog-Viewer tab
The Viewer tab of the Options dialog is used to specify the proportion that the model display is changed, per increment, when you rotate, scale, or pan the model. You can also specify lighting and Open GL Options.
Options dialog-Background and Colors tab
The Background and Colors tab of the Options dialog is used to configure the background color of the model display pane.
