Solver message 313150

Message Text

** WARNING 313150 ** Rapid heating and cooling solver detects the "transient within cycle" option is chosen which does not need an initial mold temperature approximation, switching to the transient analysis.

Explanation

When you do an ordinary transient within cycle analysis, the cool solver does an initial steady state or averaged within cycle analysis to get an initial temperature distribution for the transient analysis. This usually increases the speed to convergence for the transient analysis.

In a rapid heating and cooling analysis, because it is difficult to get a steady state prediction in the mold, the steady state analysis is not done and the solver goes directly into the transient analysis for the transient within cycle option.
