Export results

Export results as an Moldflow Results file (*.mfr), which can be opened in Autodesk Simulation Moldflow Communicator.

1. Choose the results you would like to export, right click on each one and choose Mark for export from the drop-down menu. An asterisk appears next to each result selected for export.
2. Click (Home tab > Results panel > Results) to open the Results tab.
3. Click (Results tab > Export and Publish panel > Moldflow Results).
4. Enter the name of the results file.
5. Ensure that Moldflow Results file (*.mfr) is selected in the Save as type drop-down list.
6. Click Save. If you are asked to save the changes to the model, click Yes. The MFR Export Settings dialog is displayed.
7. Select the Include criteria file check box.
8. Navigate to the location of the criteria file you created in the previous task. Select the criteria file and click Save.
9. Select the Restrict MFR contents based on criteria checkbox. This ensures that the studies can only be compared to the criteria file you have selected, and only the information included in the criteria file will be displayed.
10. Click OK.

You have exported results into a results file, which can now be opened in Autodesk Simulation Moldflow Communicator. The size of the results file is reported in a dialog.
