Including Project Parameters or Area Schemes from Linked Models in a Schedule

  1. In the linked model, create a schedule that contains a project parameter or area schemes.

    Be sure that the schedule has a unique name (one that is different from any schedules that currently exist in the host project).

  2. Add the schedule to a sheet.
  3. Select the schedule on the sheet, and click Modify | Schedule Graphics tabClipboard panel (Copy to Clipboard).
  4. Open the host project.
  5. If needed, unload the linked model.
  6. In the host project, open a sheet view.
  7. Click Modify tabClipboard panelPaste drop-down (Paste from Clipboard).
  8. If you unloaded the linked model, reload it.

The project parameters or area schemes are now available for scheduling in the host project.
