Track Revisions

Enter revision information, mark changes with revision clouds, and specify the revisions to display on each sheet.

Enter revision information.   Enter information about the revision in the Sheet Issues/Revisions dialog.
Add revision clouds.   After you update the project to implement the change, draw revision clouds to indicate the areas that changed.
Assign a revision to each cloud.   By default, the most recent revision is assigned to a new cloud. However, you can change the revision that applies to a cloud.
Tag the revision clouds.   Tags identify the revisions assigned to clouds.
Specify the revisions on a sheet.   Check the sheets to make sure the revision schedules show the desired information.
Issue the revisions.   Issue a revision when it is ready to be shared with team members.
