There are no Revit Servers shown in the list. What should I do?

Make sure that you have an RSN.ini file in the %programdata%\Autodesk\Revit Server 2014\Config folder. This file needs to have the Revit Server name or IP address listed. This is a simple text file and can be created using notepad.
