When you start a batch print job, Revit manages the printing of the selected drawings, requiring no further interaction from you. If you want to monitor the progress of the print job, use the Revit Batch Print Status dialog.
The Batch Print Status dialog displays when you start a print job. It provides status information about the print job in 3 ways:
- Progress bar indicates the percentage of the drawings that have been printed.
- Drawing list shows all drawings selected for printing. It indicates the status of each drawing, as reported by the printer.
- Status bar at the bottom of the dialog shows the status of the drawing that is currently being processed.
