Create simple or complex stairs and railings in the building model.

Add stairs.		Add stairs by assembling components for runs, landings, and supports.
Create a railing.		Add a railing to the stairs.
Modify the rail structure.		If needed, change the height, number of rails, and other characteristics of the railing.
