To define the height of a room, use room instance parameters, as described in the following topics. In a plan or section view, select a room and change values on the Properties palette.
The Unbounded Height parameter shows the largest potential height of the room, based on the room height parameters. This value is read-only. (The room’s actual height may be changed by room-bounding elements, such as intervening floors and roofs. See Considering Ceilings and Floors in Room Volume Computations.)
