Use this option to define groups and bars (made of steel, timber or aluminum) that are under design. Access the option by selecting the Steel 
Aluminum Design (Timber Design) layout or by clicking the Steel/Aluminum Member Design 
icon (Timber Member Design
icon) on the toolbar.
The dialog consists of two tabs:
