Use this dialog to define a new type of a corrugated sheet. Access the parameter by clicking the New sheeting button in the Thin-walled section dialog.
Options provided in the above dialog box are used to:
- Select one of trapezoid sheets already existing in the database
- Define a new type of a corrugated sheet.
To define a new sheet type, follow the steps below:
- Enter a sheeting name in the Sheeting name field
- Define sheeting parameters:
- minimum thickness
- corrugation width
- width of the sheeting flange through which it is fastened to the purlin
- moment of inertia of the sheeting cross-section per 1 meter.
Click the Add to database button to save a defined corrugated sheet to the database. Click the Delete from database button to remove an existing sheet from the database.
