Select the French code for plate and shell reinforcement from the Job Preferences/Codes dialog. Click the Material tab in the New Reinforcement Parameters dialog to select basic material parameter for designed RC structure elements.
- Concrete cracking (not severe, severe, or very severe). When severe is selected, click Parameters to define additional parameters resulting from the DTU 14-1 requirements. If very severe was selected, Parameters resulting from the Fascicule 74 requirements will be available.
- Select plain or deformed reinforcing steel. Parameters are assigned by entering the symbol or the strength value of the steel.
- Select an available Class of concrete. The concrete strength is accepted based on the concrete class. If the Auto class was accepted, then the concrete parameter values are equal to the concrete parameter values defined in structure elements.
