Use View > Navigate to control model position, orientation, and size (zoom level) within the Graphics window.
This menu contains a collection of highly interactive navigation tools called "Steering Wheels." These wheels come in several varieties, and allow different levels of model interaction. One of the defining features of these Steering Wheels is that they follow the cursor, making navigation controls readily available wherever your mouse is.
