Summary: Control associativity for void fill regions.
Flag:
nonmanifold_bbox_max_tolerance n
n = value that controls the associativity tolerance for void fill regions (default = 0.02)
Description:
This flag affects the CAD Connection, and controls how settings assigned to void fill regions are reassigned after geometric changes are made to the model. If settings are assigned correctly to void fill regions after making changes, it is not necessary to invoke this flag.
There are two typical situations when this flag would be used:
1. A void fill part has a setting. The geometry is then modified so that the void fill is eliminated (for example, an end cap is removed). When launched, that setting, which should not be assigned to any part, appears on another part. The solution is to decrease the value of this tolerance. (Note: don't use a value smaller than 0.00001.)
2. A setting is assigned to a void fill region. The geometry is modified in some way (but the void fill still exists.) The setting, however, is lost from the void fill region. An example of this is if the end caps on the void fill region are modified slightly. The solution is to increase the value of the flag.
