Geospatial Properties Extraction and Indexing

The extraction of identified Geospatial properties will occur during:

1. First time adding of ACAD drawings into Vault via ACAD add-in and/or Vault Client
2. Subsequent checking-in of ACAD drawings into Vault

 

The indexing of Geospatial properties will be done by default, and automatically without additional configuration by Vault administrator. Likewise, when Vault administrator invokes a 'Re-indexing Properties' server task, it will work on geospatial properties too.

Geospatial properties are extracted as file properties named 'GeoRSS', which could be configured to be displayed as User Defined Properties in Vault Client.
